9. SMS Text Messaging Terms
Program description. Coastal Roofing and Siding operates a text messaging program that delivers SMS and MMS messages to the mobile number you provide, over your wireless carrier's network. Messages you may receive include replies to a request you sent us, appointment and estimate scheduling and reminders, crew arrival and project status updates, invoice and payment notices, and occasional promotional offers about our roofing, siding, trim, and skylight services.
How you sign up. You join the program by submitting your mobile number through a form on this website that includes text messaging consent language, by texting us first, or by giving your number to a member of our team and agreeing to be contacted by text. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Delivery. Delivery of messages depends on your carrier's network and on your device, and cannot be guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. The information we collect through this program, including your mobile number, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number, and no mobile information collected for text messaging is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
