The house is 40+ years old, California contemporary, unusual for the Cape (but we love it). About 40% of wood siding - on walls facing NE and NW - went bad and was also damaged by woodpeckers. We had bad walls repaired and covered with vinyl siding (to avoid similar problems in the future); the rest of the walls and windows were repaired. Lukas' team did an excellent job, it was also timely and within budget. The price was reasonable. The result looks good, even my wife approved. I contacted Joe and he stopped by the next day. He explained the underlying issue that the others neglected to see. “A tree fell on my house during the storm in Feb'26. No one was available to patch the hole in my roof and I was running out of options. I found Coastal on Google and took a chance - Fabricio came the same day and patched the roof. Unbelievable response given the fallout from the devastation on the Cape. Turns out I needed a whole new roof. Fabricio was diligent but not overbearing in following up until I was ready. The shingles were replaced last week and the roof looks amazing! The crew was incredible and included women - loved that. They covered my bushes and cleaned up the site at the end of the two days on site. Not a nail to be found. Sergio was the project manager. He was there both days to make sure everything was taken care of. Then he came back again after the project was complete to make sure I was satisfied and answer questions.
