“Roberto did a good job explaining what I needed, excellent job”

“WE hired Coastal Roofing to replace an old roof and they did a fabulous job. The house is very exposed to high winds throughout the year and also has many angles making it a challenging job. I was in communication with the company as they prepared for the job and then they sent a large team to do the work and the end result is a gorgeous roof! Great team, excellent workers and left the job site very clean. And they came in at estimated cost. Very happy”

“I can’t exaggerate how wonderful this company was! They replaced my roof and rebuilt my widow’s walk over this past winter dealing with epic storms. I was not present and they sent me constant updates and photos. My neighbors and strangers stop to tell me how great my roof looks and how hard they worked!!! Fabricio was an absolute pleasure to work with. He didn’t just sell to me, he helped me plan and was very attentive and involved throughout the whole process. You hear so many horror stories about contractors. I can’t wait to start my next project with them! Highly highly recommend!”

“The work that these gentlemen did was impeccable they were above and beyond will definitely recommend coastal roofing”

“Great job completed on time and on budget. Thank you Lucas!”

“Coastal roofing did a great job and provided a very fair price for all the work. They replaced the roof and resided the house. I would use them again”

“Coastal replaced the upper and lower decks. Removed and replaced the rubber roof under the upper deck. Resided the upper and partial lower walls. The work was done professionally and we’re very happy with the results.”

“I cannot rave enough about Lucas and Coastal Roofing & Siding! We had been working on our new build addition for almost 3 years, and were running into problem after problem with contractors. We found Lucas and the ball started rolling. Knowledgeable, prompt, and transparent; he offered us a great price and his crews did beautiful work. I’ve attached before and after photos so you can see what they began with and how amazing they made our home look. We will be using Coastal for all our future building needs!”

“I never post reviews but Lucas and his team at Costal did such a great job, I feel obligated. Prompt, punctual and professional from start to finish, with craftsmanship in the repair of a leaking window. The two carpenters were professional in their appearance and demeanor. I especially appreciated the clean up prior to the completion of the job.”

“Lukas from Coastal Roofing & Siding was both responsive and very helpful. We had a not straightforward problem in our house in Falmouth. The house is 40+ years old, California contemporary, unusual for the Cape (but we love it). About 40% of wood siding - on walls facing NE and NW - went bad and was also damaged by woodpeckers. We had bad walls repaired and covered with vinyl siding (to avoid similar problems in the future); the rest of the walls and windows were repaired. Lukas' team did an excellent job, it was also timely and within budget. The price was reasonable. The result looks good, even my wife approved. I would definitely recommend Coastal Roofing & Siding.”

“We had an unknown water leak issue and Coastal Roofing & Siding (Lucas) were able to address the issue on a timely basis. Lucas communicated his proposal very well as well as any additional costs for any unexpected issues. Lucas’s team was very professional, complete our cedar shingle siding project on time and clearly met our expectation. I believe that you can count on Lucas and team to go above and beyond! Coastal Roofing & Siding was a great find and we are planning to utilize his team again in the near future!”

“Andrei was very responsive and gave multiple roof options including colors and materials, even provided a sample recommendation. He was also quick to fix any issues and answer any questions that came up. On top of all that- my roof looks amazing.”

“If you're looking for a proactive and responsive roofing contractor, Coastal Roofing and Siding is the way to go. They accommodated my tight timeline and offered a fair rate. What really sets them apart is their communication and site management. Their project managers visited the site to verify quality and check in with me. Carlos in particular was fantastic to work with and was instrumental in finishing up the final details of the project. The crew was hardworking and polite throughout. I couldn't be happier with the results!”

“Outstanding service! Carlos responded to our inquiry and was able to identify and solve our roofing problem (shingles missing due to wind). Sent one of his guys a couple of days later and fixed the missing shingles.”

“Project manager Carlos navigated some confounding situations related to my chimney's original construction and the flashing around it. He saw the project through and I am extremely happy with the end result. He went above and beyond to be thorough and diligent when it came to solving all issues and explaining what was happening. I recommend this company.”

“I had a gutter that was leaking and destroying the stone walkway below it. No less than four handymen/roofers over the years attempted to unsuccessfully fix the issue. I contacted Joe and he stopped by the next day. He explained the underlying issue that the others neglected to see. Joe didn’t want immediate payment and offered to wait until a couple of rain storms to be sure I was satisfied. His initial repair didn’t work. He offered another solution and now no leaks. His services $$ were very reasonable. :)”

“We did not get a chance to hire them for work, but just want to praise this company and Roberto in particular. We are in the middle of adding an addition and Roberto came and gave us a quote. He CALLED when he was running late. I appreciate not being left waiting! It's very responsible. We ended up running into a budgeting problem on our end. So we'll do our roofing ourselves, but if we could use someone, I would recommend this company hands down! Thank you for being so accommodating!”

“A tree fell on my house during the storm in Feb'26. No one was available to patch the hole in my roof and I was running out of options. I found Coastal on Google and took a chance - Fabricio came the same day and patched the roof. Unbelievable response given the fallout from the devastation on the Cape. Turns out I needed a whole new roof. Fabricio was diligent but not overbearing in following up until I was ready. The shingles were replaced last week and the roof looks amazing! The crew was incredible and included women - loved that. They covered my bushes and cleaned up the site at the end of the two days on site. Not a nail to be found. Sergio was the project manager. He was there both days to make sure everything was taken care of. Then he came back again after the project was complete to make sure I was satisfied and answer questions. A true professional operation and 5 star experience from start to finish!”

“Theirs a big difference from knowing how to sidewall and being a Side Waller. Roberto’s team are Side Wallers in the truest sense. Couldn’t be happier with Coastal Roofing & Siding. I’ll be using them again on my next project.”

“Coastal Roofing and Siding were terrific to work with. I had a complete roof repaired and replaced, new skylights installed and gutters replaced. Great communication, impeccable timely work , excellent service. I would suggest that anyone who is looking for an A+ company to work with, give Lucas and Bruna a Call! Susan Stinson”

“We recently had our house resided by Coastal Roofing and Siding, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The whole project truly could not have gone any smoother. Fabricio, who was in charge of the job, was especially wonderful to work with. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions and explain the process. His professionalism and experience made us feel confident every step of the way. The crew worked hard, kept everything organized, and the finished result completely transformed the look of our home. We highly recommend Coastal Roofing and Siding to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a stress-free experience.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about this company. I had a piece of roofing trim fall off my house during a recent wind storm. I called Coastal because they had a five star rating and good reviews. Now I understand why! I called and the very nice secretary hooked me up with the owner and gave me an appointment. I explained that I have limited finances and couldn’t afford much. Lucas took care of me and his team did a beautiful job repairing my trim. This is a company with a heart and the expertise to do the job right. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Tony and his crew did a roof, fascia board and gutters for my home in Eastham. Tony was great and easy to work with. I’ve recommended Tony and his crew to many of my friends.”

“Our house was built in the 1970s and still had the original roof. Coastal Roofing and Siding installed a brand new roof and replaced the siding as well. Long waits are the norm on Cape Cod, but they managed to get started within a week once we approved their estimate. After another week, the work was all done. Coastal did an excellent job, and quickly! We couldn’t be happier.”

“We really appreciated the prompt service, consistent communication (ask for Roberto) and ability to work with our tight scheduling requirements! They gave us several options up front and worked with us as the job evolved. Would definitely call them again.”
